In this research, customers’ views and perceptions for McDonald’s restaurants are being analyzed. As it is mentioned, in the last few years it is observed a decrease in the number of McDonald’s restaurants in Greece. This research was conducted in order to find the weak points of McDonald’s restaurants as well as the way of their rectification. In order to accomplish the research, polls were used for the acquisition of primary data through the personal interview using a questionnaire. The simple random sampling method was used as sampling method among the residents of municipality of Thessaloniki. The total respondents were 280 people. Research’s findings showed that the majority of consumers have a negative opinion about McDonald’s quality and foods’ prices. However, positive answers and views in general are being depicted in sectors such as music, illumination, customers’ services and restaurants’ arrangement. In the end of the research, suggestions for responsible bodies are being made, as well as proposals for further studies and researches.
