The use of UAVs in the industry has dramatically increased in recent years, offering multiple benefits and enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of operations. UAVs can be used for various purposes, such as monitoring and controlling facilities, inspecting and evaluating infrastructure, as well as conducting precise measurements and analyses. UAVs in the industry provide speed and accuracy in inspection and evaluation tasks, replacing the need for human intervention in inaccessible or hazardous areas. From monitoring the operation and safety of industrial facilities to quality control of the produced product, UAVs can provide complex measurements and analyses with precision and consistency. Therefore, the use of UAVs in the industry is a decisive technology for the expansion and development of smart factories. Through data collection and analysis, UAVs can provide information about the performance, safety, and effectiveness of industrial facilities, allowing for immediate intervention and process improvement. In this master's thesis, six programs were developed in Python language, with which the DJI Tello UAV used can navigate autonomously for the supervision of industrial facilities. The first program implements barcode and QR code recognition and scanning by the UAV for inventory purposes. The second program detects smoke and fire from the UAV in the spaces of the industrial facility. The third program implements 3D scanning and photogrammetric imaging of the space by the UAV. The fourth program implements object recognition in an industrial space for the control of ISO safety protocols. The fifth program enables the UAV to detect and follow the supervisor during the inspection of industrial facilities. Lastly, the sixth program implements object recognition and tracking by the UAV in the industrial facilities.
