This project is aims to process and rearrange the archive set. The processing of the archives has to do with archival works, like acquisition, classification, description, indexing, evaluation, maintenance and reproduction and use of the archive. For the preparation of the thesis I drafted the notary Katopodi's log. His log consisted of 50 246 deeds and 1.281 auctions. The date of this log is from 1914 to 1953.When we received the log was packed in 32 boxes, 30 boxes consisted of notarization and 2 boxes of auctions. Documents within the cartons were in paper folders, each folder had 100 documents, was divided into hundreds and in numerical order. For archiving the log, i put the documents in new folders and the folders in cardboard boxes, which protect from moisture. Each box holds three folders. In each folder I wrote the numbers out notarial documents contained in the folder, the log's name and the serial number of the folder. In the box I was writing the numbers of documents, the serial number of the folders, the serial number of the box, the A.B.E. and A.E.E. After closing the box with three folders I placed it on the shelf in numerical order
