Bullying is a phenomenon that comes from the distant past, but in recent years it has seen an international upheaval and it has received special attention from researchers and the wider educational community. The escalation of school bullying in the country coincided with the influx of economic and political migrants. This is quite "recent" and there is not much research to show the share of responsibility, the multiculturalism of the learning communities. This work aims to investigate the phenomenon of school bullying in the multicultural environment of the student communities of EPAL. in Thessaloniki, focusing on the frequency of occurrence of the phenomenon but also the forms of violence that are chosen by native and foreign students. The work also investigates the causes that lead to the choice of violent behavior but also to those that lead to the targeting-victimization of some students. Another important element of this research is the way in which school bullying incidents are dealt with by the school, as well as the adequacy of the knowledge and skills of teachers to prevent and deal with incidents of violence. Quantitatively, the quantitative research of primary students was conducted and the sample of the research was random and consisted of 151 teachers of EPAL. in the Prefecture of Thessaloniki. Among other things, the results of the research showed that regarding the role of teachers in the phenomenon of school bullying in Vocational education, it was found that respondents consider their role in dealing with tufa to be important, they have been informed during their work that effective ninth effect. On the contrary, they consider the education they sell for school bullying to be less satisfactory during their studies
