Aim of the study was to evaluate the reception of hospital rations by patients and its correlation to their anxiety during hospitalization.A total of 195 hospitalized patients were used, of which 101 were male and 94 were female. The mean age of the participants was 55.9 ± 18.2 years. The sample was collected from G. Gennimatas Hospital. The assessment of the meals for the hospital patients was done with the MAT questionnaire and the degree of anxiety and depression of the hospital patients was evaluated with the questionnaire which included the HADS (Anxiety and Depression Scale). Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS.
