This diplomatic study examines the contribution of the re-opening of School Libraries, which did not work in the course of those who exercised power. In particular, the function of School Libraries in the world, their identity from their birth, their operation policy, the current situation, their basic functions, as well as an integrated plan for the development of School Libraries are studied. Reference is made to Information Literacy and their viability to understand that the relationship between the book and education is self-evident and timeless as concepts inextricably linked. This relationship is not going to be disturbed. It is understandable to all of us that the library is not just a bookstore. It is not a pool of accumulated knowledge. It is a place of learning and entertainment for the student. It is a learning tool that connects the student, the teacher and the book
