Summary of surgical conditions are known to be one of the most serious and often difficult to manage clinical cases of neonatal age. The purpose of this research is to investigate the kind of surgical diseases most commonly seen in infants as well as the contribution of obstetric care in neonatal surgery.The first chapter of this survey describes the operation of organization as well as the care which is provided to the infants of the intensive care unit. Then, the second chapter mentions the most important and often surgical problems of neonatal age, associated with endangered new born. The third chapter attempts to outline the axes of the care and nursing plan for preand post-operative phase of intensive care unit for infants, the risks and complications of the treatment and the relief measures that need to be taken. Finally, the gradual introduction of the new born in a non intensive care environment for infants is presented.Finally, in the fifth chapter, the review refers to the vital role of the staff of intensive care unit, which is always aware to prevent complications, to cope with the emerging conditions, emphasizing to the current duty of midwife in the intensive nursing of infants.
