Summary of surgical conditions are known to be one of the most serious and often difficult to
manage clinical cases of neonatal age. The purpose of this research is to investigate the kind
of surgical diseases most commonly seen in infants as well as the contribution of obstetric
care in neonatal surgery.The first chapter of this survey describes the operation of organization as well as the care
which is provided to the infants of the intensive care unit. Then, the second chapter mentions
the most important and often surgical problems of neonatal age, associated with endangered
new born. The third chapter attempts to outline the axes of the care and nursing plan for preand post-operative phase of intensive care unit for infants, the risks and complications of the
treatment and the relief measures that need to be taken. Finally, the gradual introduction of the
new born in a non intensive care environment for infants is presented.Finally, in the fifth chapter, the review refers to the vital role of the staff of intensive care unit,
which is always aware to prevent complications, to cope with the emerging conditions,
emphasizing to the current duty of midwife in the intensive nursing of infants.

| Abstract: | Οι χειρουργικές παθήσεις είναι γνωστό ότι αποτελούν μία από τις πιο σοβαρές και πολλές φορές δύσκολες στη διαχείριση κλινικές περιπτώσεις της νεογνικής ηλικίας. Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση του είδους των χειρουργικών παθήσεων που παρατηρούνται συχνότερα στα νεογνά, καθώς και η συμβολή της μαιευτικής φροντίδας στη χειρουργική των νεογνών.Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αυτής της έρευνας περιγράφει τη λειτουργία της οργάνωσης καθώς και της φροντίδας
που παρέχεται στα βρέφη της μονάδας εντατικής θεραπείας. Στη συνέχεια, το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρει
τα πιο σημαντικά και συχνά χειρουργικά προβλήματα της νεογνικής ηλικίας, που συνδέονται με απειλούμενα
νέος γεννημένος. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο επιχειρεί να περιγράψει τους άξονες του σχεδίου φροντίδας και νοσηλείας για την προεγχειρητική μετεγχειρητική φάση της μονάδας εντατικής θεραπείας για βρέφη, τους κινδύνους και τις επιπλοκές του
θεραπεία και τα μέτρα ανακούφισης που πρέπει να ληφθούν. Τέλος, η σταδιακή εισαγωγή του
νέος γεννημένος σε περιβάλλον μη εντατικής φροντίδας για βρέφη.Τέλος, στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο, η ανασκόπηση αναφέρεται στον ζωτικό ρόλο του προσωπικού της μονάδας εντατικής θεραπείας,
η οποία είναι πάντα ενήμερη για την πρόληψη των επιπλοκών, για την αντιμετώπιση των αναδυόμενων συνθηκών,
δίνοντας έμφαση στο καθήκον της μαίας στην εντατική νοσηλεία των βρεφών.
