Abstract

Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή γίνεται συνοπτική παρουσίαση για το ισχύον καθεστώς που αφορά τις ομόρρυθμες εταιρείες. Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση στις λογιστικές εγγραφές και στις εργασίες τέλους χρήσης. Τέλος, η εργασία κλείνει με τα συμπεράσματα της μελέτης αυτής.

In this thesis is made a summary of the current regime concerning of general partnership. The issues that discussed are the concept of a general partnership, its establishment, its features and operation and management. Then it refers to the accounting records and end use tasks. Finally, the paper ends with the conclusions of this study.
