Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση στις λογιστικές εγγραφές και στις εργασίες τέλους χρήσης. Τέλος, η εργασία κλείνει με τα συμπεράσματα της μελέτης αυτής.	el
