Bulk food production

Abstract

Aim of book is the presentation of mass production of inmates in Greece. More concretely, becomes reason for the supply of raw material, the receipt and their storage. Then, we have report in the export of raw material to the departments derivative, the departments derivative and the packing of final products. Below, are given the maintainance of final products, their distribution-disposal, the forms of units of mass focus. Finally, is mentioned the hygiene in the units of mass production of inmates and the waste-pollution that they cause in the environment.

Σκοπός του βιβλίου είναι η παρουσίαση της μαζικής παραγωγής τροφίμων στην Ελλάδα. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, γίνεται λόγος για την προμήθεια πρώτων υλών, τη παραλαβή και την αποθήκευση τους. Στη συνεχεία, έχουμε αναφορά στην εξαγωγή των πρώτων υλών προς τα τμήματα παράγωγης, τα τμήματα παράγωγης και τη συσκευασία των τελικών προϊόντων. Παρακάτω, δίνεται η συντήρηση των τελικών προϊόντων, η διακίνηση-διάθεση τους, οι μορφές των μονάδων μαζικής εστίασης. Τέλος, παρατίθεται η υγιεινή στις μονάδες μαζικής παραγωγής τροφίμων και τα απόβλητα-ρύπανση που προκαλούν στο περιβάλλον.
