This thesis presents the process of organizing the library of the G.
Gennimatas General Hospital of Thessaloniki, namely the cataloging,
classification and indexing of its material in the automated Koha library
management system. In addition, there is a brief investigation of the current situation in hospital libraries in Greece and an attempt to compare it with similar libraries abroad.
