This thesis deals with the methods of vine cultivation in the Prefecture of Kavala. In the first part the conventional methods of vine cultivation are analyzed while in the second part the biological method of vine cultivation is examined. The aim of the work is to inform the reader about both practices applied in the vineyards and to understand the importance of the choice of each one both in the natural environment and in man himself.

| Abstract: | Η εργασία αυτή πραγματεύεται τις μεθόδους καλλιέργειας αμπελιού στο Νομό Καβάλας. Στο πρώτο μέρος αναλύονται οι συμβατικοί μέθοδοι καλλιέργειας αμπελιού ενώ στο δεύτερο μέρος εξετάζεται η βιολογική μέθοδος καλλιέργειας αμπελιού. Στόχος της εργασίας είναι να ενημερωθεί ο αναγνώστης και για τις δυο πρακτικές που εφαρμόζονται στους αμπελώνες και να κατανοήσει την σημασία που έχει η επιλογή της κάθε μιας τόσο στο φυσικό περιβάλλον όσο και στον ίδιο τον άνθρωπο.
