Οικοσυστήματα συνεργατών – Μελέτη περίπτωσης: AWS (AMAZON) (Bachelor thesis)

Σίμογλου, Ευτέρπη

The main object of this work, as evidenced by its title, is the analysis of Partnership Ecosystems. Specifically, an analysis is made of the company AWS (Amazon) and the way it shapes its system of partners as well as the marketing tools it uses. Data from electronic sources, books and scientific articles were used to conduct the study. A study was also conducted on the site of the AWS program for their partners, APN. As technology evolves, so does cloud computing. Some companies choose to implement Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and powerful Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), such as Amazon with AWS. The work analyzes AWS, the cloud platform and the APN program that has been created by the company for direct communication with its partners. The AWS’s APN program is an innovative model for distribution marketing partnership. With the help of this program, AWS helps its partners throughout the process of promoting and selling its services. In addition, it helps its partners build, promote and sell its offerings, providing valuable business, technical and commercial support with the help of marketing tools and aiming at AWS's harmonious and productive collaboration with its partners.
