| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσης εργασίας είναι η αξιολόγηση της επίδρασης της οικονομικής κρίσης στην χρηματοοικονομική κατάσταση των οικογενειακών επιχειρήσεων. Μετά από μία σύντομη εισαγωγή στο αντικείμενο, ακολουθεί η εξέταση του όρου επιχείρηση, η διάκρισή τους και η ανάλυση της έννοιας της επιχειρηματικότητας. Η επόμενη ενότητα εστιάζει στην οικογενειακή επιχείρηση, τα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματά της, τα προβλήματα και τους παράγοντες επιτυχίας της. Το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο πραγματεύεται την οικονομική κρίση, παρουσιάζοντας μία ιστορική αναδρομή της, τα αίτια που την προκάλεσαν και την επέκτειναν καθώς και την επίπτωσή της στην Ελλάδα. Στην επόμενη ενότητα παρουσιάζονται στοιχεία όσον αφορά την λειτουργία των οικογενειακών επιχειρήσεων στην κρίση, δίνοντας έμφαση στα προβλήματα και τις ευκαιρίες που προκύπτουν. Τέλος, σε ξεχωριστή ενότητα παρουσιάζονται συνοπτικά τα συμπεράσματα, οι περιορισμοί και οι προτάσεις για μελλοντική έρευνα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this work is to evaluate the effect of the economic crisis on the financial thesis of family businesses. After a brief introduction to the topic, a definition of the term “business” and of the various types of businesses, the concept of entrepreneurship is explored. The next unit focuses on the family business, its main advantages, disadvantages, problems and factors that lead to its success. The fourth chapter studies the economic crisis, by presenting its historical background, its causes and its impact on Greece. In the next section, detailed data on the operation of family businesses during the crisis are presented, while the problems and opportunities that arose are underlined. Last but not least, a separate unit briefly summarizes the conclusions, the limitations of the current study and the proposals for future research. | en |
