The school environment, like all workspaces, is an area in which
various disagreements arise among workers, which can often lead to conflicts.
The causes that lead to this situation probably arise from disagreements,
mainly due to the different perceptions of the employees of the educational
organization.
Conflicts are manifested in various forms, and the consequences they
may have for the proper functioning of the organization may either lead to
increased motivation and interest of teachers in achieving the goals or lead to
a school climate of suspicion and denial, which removes the realization of the
common vision.
The role of the manager is considered to be decisive in the use of
appropriate techniques for effective conflict management, as it depends on
influencing the perceptions and attitudes of teachers to resolve disputes.
