The present master thesis is conducted in the context of M.S.c in Management and Organisation of Educational Units in the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. It is referred to the planning and decision making for the management and appointment of teachers of public schools on national level. In other words, it is referred to the construction of a Register ( MIS Management Information System) in which anyone interested chould sign in by filling their qualifications thus enabling the Ministry of Education to appoint them based on their qualifications and interests.
