Καινοτόμο σύστημα διοίκησης για την διαχείριση ανθρώπινου εκπαιδευτικού δυναμικού (Master thesis)

The present master thesis is conducted in the context of M.S.c in Management and Organisation of Educational Units in the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. It is referred to the planning and decision making for the management and appointment of teachers of public schools on national level. In other words, it is referred to the construction of a Register ( MIS Management Information System) in which anyone interested chould sign in by filling their qualifications thus enabling the Ministry of Education to appoint them based on their qualifications and interests.

| Abstract: | Η συγκεκριμένη διπλωματική εργασία εκπονείται στο πλαίσιοτου ΠΜΣ της Σχολής Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, του προγράμματος Διοίκηση & Οργάνωση Εκπαιδευτικών Μονάδων. Πρόκειται για μια εργασία που αναφέρεται στο προγραμματισμό, τον τρόπο και την λήψη αποφάσεων, για τη διαχείριση και την τοποθέτηση του εκπαιδευτικού προσωπικού σε εθνικό επίπεδο. Με άλλα λόγια αναφέρεται στη δημιουργία ενός Μητρώου (ενός πληροφοριακού συστήματος διοίκησης –MIS Managment Information System) στο οποίο μπορούν να εγγράφονται οι ενδιαφερόμενοι αναφέροντας, τα προσόντα τους ώστε να μπορεί εν συνεχεία η «Κεντρική διοίκηση»να τους τοποθετεί με βάση τα προσόντα καιτα ενδιαφέροντα τους.
