Omega-3 fatty acids are the basic building block of nerve cells. The receipt of these fatty acids has been associated with the reduction of symptoms in various abnormal situations in our health. They belong to the good polyunsaturated fat and associated with ALA, EPA and DHA. The is a variety of effects in the omega-3 since they act in a protective way on heart, health, contribute to a proper brain function and regulation of glycerides in blood ,and appear to be associated with the reduction of inflammation and reduce pain, treat depression and preventive action against in some forms of cancer. Among the most beneficial fatty fish, mackerel, sardines, salmon and mackerel are included. Of course all the fatty fish should have a specific daily consumption can lead to not-anticipated findings. In contrast Omega-6 and Omega-9 produced by the body itself and are essential for the growth and regeneration of the body. Additionally they are used for the synthesis of other fatty acids (LA,AA).Finally, even though they have multiple benefits ,their intake usually does not include consumption recommendation. So we enrich our diet with Omega-3 supplements such as fish oil flaxseed and cod liver oil, which have antioxidant properties.
