“Depth Education”, a holistic approach to education, appears now as a natural consequence and need, given the development in civilization. This paper aims to present an introduction to the philosophy of “Depth Education”, to highlight the gaps that this approach can fill to an educational structure, upgrading it in terms of education as well as of organization and management. The theoretical framework is associated with practical examples and applications. In particular, there are presented principles according to which “Depth Education” is understood and how can these principles be realized in education. The current situation of the educational institutions is compared to the form that they could take, incorporating the principles of holistic education. The process of transition and how this is possible both in educational and management level follows. In order to complete the theoretical framework with examples and applications in the lives of people who practice “Depth Education”, a survey on the functioning of a club that conforms to and promotes this kind of education was conducted. This was a quality research with qualitative variables which approach the subject through a case study. The data were collected by interview with open-ended responses, from a sample made up of teachers, administrators/managers and students of the club. The survey concerns the approach of the “Depth Education” by the society, student experiences about the influence of the courses on them, changes and benefits in their lives, differences with other organizations in terms of organizational and managing structure, and the reasons for choosing to teach or attend relevant courses.
