The dissertation deals with the organization of the library of Thessaloniki’s Literary Society. It analyzes the process of processing the available material (cataloging, classification, subject headings) entered in the automated Koha system. Reference is made to the historical retrospective of E.L.TH. In addition, the analysis of the current situation, the method, the strategy and, finally, the implementation of the organization followed follows.

| Abstract: | Η πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματεύεται την οργάνωση της βιβλιοθήκης της Εταιρίας Λογοτεχνών Θεσσαλονίκης. Αναλύεται η διαδικασία επεξεργασίας του διαθέσιμου υλικού (καταλογογράφηση, ταξινόμηση, θεματική ευρετηρίαση) το οποίο καταχωρήθηκε στο αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα Koha. Γίνεται αναφορά στην ιστορική αναδρομή της Ε.Λ.Θ. Επιπροσθέτως, ακολουθεί η ανάλυση της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης, η μέθοδος, η στρατηγική και, τέλος, η υλοποίηση της οργάνωσης που ακολουθήθηκε.
