Ψηφιακά εργαλεία διαδικτύου για επιχειρήσεις (Bachelor thesis)
The purpose of this paper is the presentation of digital tools for a business through the internet. It consists of 8 units which describe fundamental meanings for the creation of sites, blogs, e-shops and of course how these sites will become famous in the world of the internet. The first unit, analyzes the meaning of the global internet. The second unit, elaborates the meaning of websites, the way of its creation, and the way in order to increase its sales and customers. In the third unit, you can understand what is exactly the social media and recognize the most wellknown social media (Facebook, You tube, Twitter, Google, Link din, Instagram). Also, the fourth unit of this paper, mentions how a business tackle the customers through a software system (CRM) and everything that a business needs in order to implement the strategy of marketing to increase the profits. In the fifth unit, you can see the use of email marketing and how impels the customers of a business without a lot of costs and how a campaign can be created so as to promote the brand awareness. The sixth unit has to do with the use of video marketing, the seo and the benefits of seo in the search engine. The seventh unit supports how viral marketing has been invented by the creators, in which types is separated and how can be promoted for a successful campaign. In conclusion, the eighth unit, defines the content marketing and how a business can distract the customers.
