Η κατανόηση και οι απόψεις των καταναλωτών για την επισήμανση των τροφίμων και τη διατροφική ετικέτα (Bachelor thesis)

Finding the way the factors examined can influence the usage of nutritional labels and comparing them with the bibliographic data.First a review of relevant papers was conducted. The data from the 800 questionnaires answered was processed with descriptive statistics and statistical tests in order to reveal factors of possible relevance to the nutrition label usage. The tests were the x2 and AN.O.VA. They were ran on a level of significance of p value = 0.05 with the I.B.M. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, (S.P.S.S.) V20.
