Πρόληψη και αντιμετώπιση τραυμάτων στον τοκετό (Bachelor thesis)

In the present study, it is attempted to highlight the prevention and treatment of
wounds created during delivery, considering that they are an important aspect of the
birth for more research.
The followed method begins with a bibliographic review and continues with
the presentation of researches.
In the first part, the changes that the woman's body receives in order to
prepare for birth during pregnancy, as well as the types of childbirth, are presented.
Furthermore, the types of wounds (which may be caused in childbirth) and the
prevention during birth are analyzed. The treatment for these tears has also been
analyzed. Then, the possible complications are reported, and finally, the obstetric care
of the women who gave birth, is analyzed during her stay in the maternity ward and
her smooth return to her daily routine.

| Abstract: | Στην παρούσα εργασία, επιχειρείται η ανάδειξη της πρόληψης και της αντιμετώπισης
των τραυμάτων που δημιουργούνται κατά τη διάρκεια του τοκετού, θεωρώντας ότι
συνιστούν σημαντική προς διερεύνηση διάσταση της εξέλιξης του τοκετού καθώς και
της λοχείας.
Η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθείται ξεκινά με βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση και
συνεχίζει με την παρουσίαση ερευνών.
Στο πρώτο μέρος παρουσιάζονται οι μεταβολές στο σώμα της γυναίκας για να
προετοιμαστεί για τον τοκετό κατά τη διάρκεια της κύησης καθώς επίσης και οι τύποι
του τοκετού. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζονται τα είδη των τραυμάτων (που ενδέχεται να
προκληθούν στον τοκετό) και η ανάλυση της πρόληψης στην εγκυμοσύνη, αλλά και
της αντιμετώπισής τους. Έπειτα, αναφέρονται οι πιθανές επιπλοκές και τέλος,
αναλύεται η μαιευτική φροντίδα της λεχωίδας κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής της
στο μαιευτήριο και της ομαλής επιστροφής της στην καθημερινότητα της.
