The current dissertation has been done as part of the master degree program of tourist
administration with direction the administration of air flights with intention to obtain
the master degree. Scope of the current research and dissertation was to analyze and
test the professional burnout and how the latter could affect the picture of the final
product and services in the job of flight crew.
Firstly, we define the objective scope of the research and we attach the bibliographic
scope of the research objectives and we document the information that was extracted
from the definition of these objectives.
Then, the research hypotheses were defined and are related with the subject of the
dissertation. Research was done based on the defined hypotheses.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα διατριβή έχει γίνει ως μέρος του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος του τουριστικού
διοίκηση με κατεύθυνση τη διαχείριση πτήσεων με σκοπό την απόκτηση
το κύριο πτυχίο. Σκοπός της παρούσας έρευνας και διατριβής ήταν η ανάλυση και
δοκιμάστε την επαγγελματική εξουθένωση και πώς το τελευταίο θα μπορούσε να επηρεάσει την εικόνα του τελικού
προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών στην εργασία του πληρώματος πτήσης.
Πρώτον, ορίζουμε το αντικειμενικό πεδίο της έρευνας και επισυνάπτουμε τη βιβλιογραφία
πεδίο των ερευνητικών στόχων και τεκμηριώνουμε τις πληροφορίες που εξήχθησαν
από τον ορισμό αυτών των στόχων.
Στη συνέχεια, οι ερευνητικές υποθέσεις καθορίστηκαν και σχετίζονται με το θέμα της
διατριβή. Η έρευνα έγινε με βάση τις καθορισμένες υποθέσεις.
