The study aims to highlight the problems of succession in family businesses and the offer of the new generation than the old in them. Initially presented the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of family business, strategy, sustainability and growth factors, the daily operation and the problems where created.Then, consider the process of successful succession and how it can be ensured and finally presents the conclusions of research.

| Abstract: | Η μελέτη έχει σκοπό την ανάδειξη των προβλημάτων της διαδοχής στις οικογενειακές επιχειρήσεις και την προσφορά της νέας γενιάς σε σχέση με την παλιά σε αυτές.
Αρχικά, παρουσιάζονται τα χαρακτηριστικά, τα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα της οικογενειακής επιχείρησης, η στρατηγική της, οι παράγοντες βιωσιμότητας και ανάπτυξης, η καθημερινή λειτουργία και τα προβλήματα που δημιουργούνται. Στη συνέχεια, εξετάζεται η διαδικασία της επιτυχημένης διαδοχής και πώς μπορεί αυτή να εξασφαλισθεί και τέλος, παρατίθενται τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από έρευνα.
