dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this work is the study and presentation of patellofemoral pressure reaction during flexion and extension of the knee. The important role of the patella in the knee extensor mechanism, the knowledge of the surface architecture and the functional anatomy of the patellofemoral joint, are essential to approach the subject. First discusses the patellofemoral joint, and the functional anatomy, followed by analysis of the pathology of the joint. Finally discussed the physiotherapy approach in the conservative restoration.	el
dc.description.abstract	Σκοπός αυτής της εργασίας είναι η μελέτη και παρουσίαση της επιγονατιδομηριαίας πίεσης αντίδρασης κατά τη διάρκεια της κάμψης και έκτασης του γόνατος. Ο σπουδαίος ρόλος της επιγονατίδας στον εκτατικό μηχανισμό του γόνατος, η γνώση της επιφανειακής αρχιτεκτονικής και η λειτουργική ανατομική της επιγονατιδομηριαίας άρθρωσης, είναι στοιχεία απαραίτητα για να προσεγγιστεί το θέμα. Καταρχήν συζητάται η επιγονατιδομηριαία άρθρωση, και η λειτουργική ανατομία της, ενώ ακολουθεί ανάλυση της παθολογίας της αρθρώσεως. Τέλος συζητάται η φυσιοθεραπευτική προσέγγιση στα πλαίσια της συντηρητικής αποκατάστασης.	el
