dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία ασχολείται με την διερεύνηση της δράση των φυσικών αντιοξειδωτικών ουσιών, που περιέχονται σε καλλυντικά σκευάσματα κατάλληλα για την πρόληψη της γήρανσης του δέρματος. Aφού δίνονται οι βασικοί ορισμοί των συστατικών, δημιουργούνται πακέτα καλλυντικών σκευσμάτων που εφαρμόζονται και αξιολογείται η δράση τους έναντι προεπιλεγμένων ιδιοτήτων τους (απορροφητικότητα, λιπαρότητα κλπ).el
