dc.description.abstractΣτην παρούσα εργασία περιγράφονται οι βασικοί κανόνες διατροφής, καθώς και τα πλεονεκτήματα της μεσογειακής διατροφής. Περιγράφεται ακόμα η πυραμίδα της Μεσογειακής Διατροφής, ενώ αναλύονται οι βασικές ομάδες τροφίμων. Τέλος γίνεται μνεία στη μελέτη S Renaud, που μελετά αίτια θανάτων σε 7 χώρες διαφορετικού οικονομικού και πολιτιστικού επιπέδου αλλά και διατροφικών συνηθειών.el

Described even the pyramid of the Mediterranean Diet, and analyzes the basic food groups. Finally reference is made to study S.
