The philosophy and organization of an incentive travel - the case study of America

Abstract

Η εργασία αυτή πραγματεύεται μία μορφή τουρισμού η οποία παρουσιάζει μία ιδιαίτερη δυναμική: Τον Τουρισμό Κινήτρων. Σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής είναι ο αναγνώστης να οικειοποιηθεί με τη φιλοσοφία των ταξιδιών κινήτρων, τους λόγους οι οποίοι συνετέλεσαν στο να θεωρείται πλέον ένα ξεχωριστό και πολλά υποσχόμενα είδος τουρισμού και να γνωρίσει, μέσω της περιγραφής, την πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα διαδικασία οργάνωσης ενός ταξιδιού κινήτρων.

This paper discusses a form of tourism that represents special potentiality: incentive travel. The aim of this thesis is for the readers to get familiarized with the philosophy of incentive travels, the reasons that redounded in these travels to be considered as a special and very promosing form of tourism, as well as introduce them with the interesting process of organizing an incentive travel.
