Abstract

Η πτυχιακή παρουσιάζει την εξάπλωση των εφαρμογών της σύγχρονης πληροφορικής, που αποτελεί σημαντικό παράγοντα στη διαμόρφωση του τουριστικού προϊόντος. Η πολυπλοκότητα και η τυποποίηση των παραγωγικών διαδικασιών του ταξιδιού σε συνάρτηση με την πολυσύνθετη δομή του τουριστικού κλάδου, συντέλεσε σε μεγάλο βαθμό στην δημιουργία και ανάπτυξη των διαφόρων συστημάτων κρατήσεων.

In this thesis is presented the expansion of contemporary computer science applications, that are an important factor for configurating the tourism product. The complexity and standardization of productive process of a trip, combined with the complexity of tourism section, redounded largely in the creation and development of a variety of reservation systems.
