dc.description.abstract	In this thesis is made a summary of the current regime concerning of general partnership. The issues that discussed are the concept of a general partnership, its establishment, its features and operation and management. Then it refers to the establishment and three months operating of a general partnership and in the accounting records of these months. Finally, the paper ends with the conclusions of this study.	el
dc.description.abstract	Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή γίνεται συνοπτική παρουσίαση για το ισχύον καθεστώς που αφορά τις ομόρρυθμες εταιρείες. Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση της ίδρυσης και τρίμηνης λειτουργίας ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, καθώς και στις λογιστικές εγγραφές των μηνών αυτών.Τέλος, η εργασία κλείνει με τα συμπεράσματα της μελέτης αυτής.	el
