A linguistic approach to budgetting

Abstract

The thesis aims to create a model of budgeting a commercial enterprise building materials. Originally done a literature review with the help of which defines the theoretical framework to be used. Then we analyze the way in which overcome the various difficulties encountered in practice in the preparation effort of the first budget of the business. Finally are presented the possibilities of the company's installed ERP system which could help to automate the entire process.
