Communication within organizations from a Human Resources Management perspective : An insight in theory and practice

Abstract

This paper aims to describe and analyze the role and contribution of communication methods, processes and applications, from a human resources management perspective, in order to illustrate how employees’ communication, information, updating, cooperation, behavior, knowledge and performance are affected in organizational settings.
