Leasing as a form of long-term financing

Abstract

Η πτυχιακή εργασία ασχολείται με το θεσμό της χρηματοδοτικής μίσθωσης των επιχειρήσεων και των επαγγελματιών γενικότερα και παρουσιάζει τις σύγχρονες πτυχές του θέματος. Ειδικότερα, στην αρχή δίνεται ο ορισμός του Leasing και ο σκοπός του καθώς επίσης και μια σύντομη ιστορική αναδρομή. Στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζεται η διαδικασία που ακολουθείται μέχρι την έναρξη καταβολής των μισθωμάτων. Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται τα είδη του Leasing και ακολουθεί ένα κεφάλαιο στο οποίο παραθέτονται τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματα του θεσμού

This thesis examines the practice of leasing of enterprises and professionals in general, presenting the modern aspects of the issue. In particular, at the beginning is given the definition of Leasing and purpose as well as a short historical overview. Then occurs the procedure until the start of payment of rents. The next chapter lists the types of Leasing and then follows a chapter which lists the advantages and disadvantages of the institution.
