dc.description.abstractΗ εργασία αυτή ασχολείται με το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο των ανώνυμων εταιρειών παρουσιάζοντας αναλυτικά τη μορφή και τα χαρακτηριστικά των ΑΕ, τις διαδικασίες ίδρυσης μιας εταιρείας. Ανάλυση πραγματοποιείται κυριώς στην νομοθεσία περί ανώνυμων εταιρειών και στο μετοχικό κεφάλαιο της εταιρείας. Τέλος, γίνεται μία αναφορά και παρουσίαση του νέου Νόμου 3604/2007 περί ανώνυμων εταιρειών.el
