Αποδελτίωση [του] περιοδικού Ώρες

Abstract

Ores is a monthly local journal of Volos Magnesia, with many articles about local history and folklore. It was published in 1986 and stopped in 1993. Its publication was started at a time with a lot of problems for the prefecture of Magnesia, such as financial problems, unemployment, political developments. Its aim was to inform the public on key issues of the local community. The paper indexes articles of this journal, for the period February 1986 to February 1987. The purpose of this paper is to organize thematical the articles, helping in the effort of the Municipal Center for History and Documentation of Volos to collect documents concerning the local history of Magnesia, and make the material accessible to library users of this Centre.

Οι ΄Ωρες είναι ένα μηνιαίο τοπικό περιοδικό του Βόλου Μαγνησίας, με πολλά άρθρα για την τοπική ιστορία και λαογραφία. Άρχισε να κυκλοφορεί το 1986 και σταμάτησε να εκδίδεται το 1993. Η έκδοσή του ξεκίνησε σε μια εποχή με πολλά προβλήματα για το νομό Μαγνησίας, όπως οικονομικά προβλήματα, ανεργία, πολιτικές εξελίξεις. Σκοπός του ήταν η ενημέρωση των πολιτών πάνω σε καίρια ζητήματα της τοπικής κοινωνίας. Η εργασία αποδελτιώνει άρθρα του συγκεκριμένου περιοδικού, της περιόδου Φεβρουάριος 1986 με Φεβρουάριος 1987. Σκοπός της, να οργανώσει θεματικά τα άρθρα του περιοδικού, βοηθώντας στην προσπάθεια του Δημοτικού Κέντρου Ιστορίας και Τεκμηρίωσης Βόλου να συγκεντρώσει τεκμήρια που αφορούν την τοπική ιστορία της Μαγνησίας, και να κάνει το υλικό προσβάσιμο στο κοινό της βιβλιοθήκης του συγκεκριμένου Κέντρου.
