ABSTRACT
In the framework of this thesis, there is an extensive presentation of the historical elements of the apple tree, its origin, morphological and physiological properties, while the most important fungi and prokaryotic diseases that attack the apple tree are analyzed. This theoretical knowledge is complemented by the experimental part of my thesis in which the formulations used as well as the techniques and the results they gave in terms of the effect they had on her resistance to fusicladium and the chlorophyll content of the leaves are analyzed.

| Abstract: | ΠΕΡΙΛΗΨΗ
Στα πλαίσια της παρούσας πτυχιακής γίνεται εκτενής παρουσίαση των ιστορικών στοιχείων της μηλιάς, η προέλευσή της, μορφολογικές και φυσιολογικές ιδιότητες, ενώ αναλύονται οι σπουδαιότεροι μύκητες, ιώσεις και προκαρυωτικές ασθένειες που προσβάλλουν την μηλιά. Τις θεωρητικές αυτές γνώσεις έρχεται να συμπληρώσει το πειραματικό μέρος της πτυχιακής μου εργασίας στο οποίο αναλύονται τα σκευάσματα που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν καθώς επίσης οι τεχνικές και τα αποτελέσματα που έδωσαν ως προς την επίδραση που είχαν αυτά στην αντοχή της μηλιάς στο φουζικλάδιο και την περιεκτικότητα των φύλλων σε χλωροφύλλη.
