The present dissertation deals with the Digital Archives and more specifically, the case of the ERT digital archive and is divided into two parts. In the first part, the digital libraries and digital files are analyzed and presented starting from the beginning, that is, clarifying terms such as digital presumption, digital collections, finally reaching the digital libraries and digital files where their characteristics are highlighted, as well as the advantages. and their disadvantages. In addition, there is a historical review and a bibliographic review of digital archives and digital libraries. The second part presents the case study concerning the digital archive of ERT, analyzing the material and services it offers, as well as its digital collections. Finally, an attempt was made to create a user guide for this file in order to be used by a specific group of users.
