This thesis is about the archiving and classification part of the archival material of the Hellenic Manpower Employment Organization in the period 2006-2009 in the Historical Archive of Macedonia annexed to the State General Archives. My initial concern was the historical overview of the evolution of archival evidence to date, additionally an analysis of the archival science and its related terms, also I am referring in the methodology that I had followed. Moreover, we are analyzing the research tool @rxeiomnimon and the organization of the State General Archives. Furthermore, the services of OAED are mentioned and clarified. Finally, in the fourth chapter of my paper, a presentation of SAE documents in digital form is presented. The purpose of the project is to classify, archiving and recording OAED files in both paper and electronic form, thus making them accessible to subsequent users.
