In recent years, the intestinal microbiome has attracted the attention of a number of scientific specialties, since research is shown to be related to a number of functions of the body as well as non -transmitted diseases, with an emphasis on obesity, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome. The intestinal microbiome consists of a multitude of microorganisms calculated in a few tens of trillion, including at least a thousand bacteria known in the scientific community. In addition, the density of the microbiomes differs with the small intestine having a lower concentration in relation to the large intestine and colon. However, few are known for the action of the above microorganisms. However, in recent years there has been an attempt to decode the intestinal microbioma, as this appears to be linked to a multitude of health problems and their resolution. The microbial flora of the intestine in the majority of humans can be differentiated in three groups that constitute three intestinal types, depending on the gender microorganisms. However, the above categorization does not sufficiently cover modern data because the intestine observes the existence of many intermediate states. A set of factors, such as diet or taking drugs, contributes to the prevalence of a specific intending. The majority of gut germs constitute strictly anaerobic microorganisms, while all other bacteria, viruses, fungi and ancients include a very small percentage of all germs of the intestinal microbioma. The study of the microbioma results in a connection to a multitude of non -transmitted diseases, so the physician suggests additives as well as changing the diet in order to restore the balance of the intestinal microbial colony. In the present work, the issue of intestinal microbiographic microbiographically will be studied and in relation to modern research on the issue, and the connection of the intestinal microbiomes to diseases that affect a multitude of people will also be considered.
