With the inclusion of digital technologies, the aviation industry has now been able to offer unique customer experiences, simplified underlying processes and, most importantly, enhance workforce productivity. The next step in leveraging the IoT could be to explore new dimensions in the aviation industry. Combining IoT with other technologies such as artificial intelligence and robotics will create a number of opportunities related to improving service delivery. In addition, an intelligent IoT ecosystem can bring together all the required entities and assets in the industry value chain and make it look like the new normal.
