| heal.abstract | Ο στόχος και το θέμα το οποίο προσεγγίζει η παρούσα πτυχιακή είναι η βελτιστοποίηση των επιθυμητών συνθηκών άνεσης στην οικία και φυσικά η εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας, η οποία θα επέλθει από τις κατάλληλες επεμβάσεις που θα προκύψουν στην κατοικία. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο έχει την εισαγωγή και τις κλιματικες ζώνες της Ελλάδας όπως έχουν οριστεί. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναπτύσονται τα βασικά στοιχεία και οι έννοιες του ΚΕΝΑΚ, ώστε να γνωρίσουμε βασικές αρχές λειτουργίας του κτιρίου αναφοράς και της έκδοσης του πιστοποιητικού ενεργειακής απόδισης. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται λόγος για τις απαίτσεις των χώρων λειτουργίας του κτιρίου, θερμοκρασία, φωτισμός και λοιπά. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στα χαρακτηριστικά του κελύφους κτιρίου όπως συντελεστές θερμοπερτότητας για τα δομικά στοιχεία, διαφανή και αδιαφανή. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο έχουμε τα χαρακτηριστηστικά του κτιρίου που θα αναβαθμίσουμε ενεργειακά. Στο έκτο κεφάλαιο παρουσίαζουμε τα σενάρια ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης και συνοπτικά αποτελέσματα. Στο κεφάλαιο επτά γίνεται μελέτη πρόσθετων βιοκλιματικών παραμέτρων και ο τρόπος επίδρασης στο κτίριο. Το κεφάλαιο οκτώ αναφέρεται στα οικονομιτεχνικά στοιχεία και τέλος στο κεφάλαιο εννέα παρουσιάζονται τα γενικά συμπεράσματα. Μέσω αυτής της πτυχιακής θα βγάλουμε αρκετά συμπεράσματα για την ανάγκη της ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης, καθώς και για την αξία του βιοκλιματικου σχεδιασμού. | el |
| heal.abstract | The goal and the subject approached by this thesis is the optimization of the desired comfort conditions in the house and of course the energy savings, which will result from the appropriate interventions that will occur in the residence. The first chapter has the introduction and the climate zones of Greece as defined. In the second chapter, the basic elements and concepts of KENAK are developed, so that we get to know the basic principles of operation of the reference building and the issuance of the energy performance certificate. The third chapter talks about the requirements of the building's operating areas, temperature, lighting, etc. In the fourth chapter, reference is made to the characteristics of the building shell, such as thermal insulation coefficients for the structural elements, transparent and opaque. In the fifth chapter we have the characteristics of the building that we will upgrade energetically. In the sixth chapter we present the energy upgrade scenarios and summary results. In chapter seven, additional bioclimatic parameters are studied and how they affect the building. Chapter eight refers to the economic and technical data and finally chapter nine presents the general conclusions. Through this thesis we will draw several conclusions about the need for energy upgrading, as well as about the value of bioclimatic planning. | en |
