The operation and supervision of a system can achieved with many processes. Classic automation depends continuously optical control and operation with switches by hand. The upgrading of system to synchronous automation can offer easily operation and recording data. For this conversion will need design and construction of the board by using components like plc, sensors, flow meter, ph meter and HMI panel. Tia portal and Eplan was used to achieve the purpose of work.
