| heal.abstract | Κατά την τελευταία δεκαπενταετία το θέμα των προσθετικών μελών στους ακρωτηριασμένους απασχόλησαν έντονα τους επαγγελματίες υγείας. Η Προσθετική καθίσταται στον τομέα επιστήμης, της Εμβιομηχανικής, η οποία περιλαμβάνει την έρευνα και ανάλυση του ανθρώπινου συστήματος (μύες, σκελετός, και νευρικά συστήματα), με σκοπό να συνεισφέρει στον κλάδο της βιοιατρικής. Ο φυσικοθεραπευτής αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της κλινικής ομάδας (γιατροί, φυσίατροι, φυσιοθεραπευτές, νοσηλευτές) και ασχολείται με τη μέτρηση και προσαρμογή ενός τεχνητού άκρου (πρόθεσης). Ο φυσικοθεραπευτής συντελεί και διαδραματίζει ένα πρωταρχικό ρόλο στη σωστή αποκατάσταση των ακρωτηριασμών κατά την εκμάθηση της βάδισης και της λειτουργικότητας του ακρωτηριασμένου. Επιτυχία στην αποκατάσταση θεωρείται η εξασφάλιση της κοινωνικής ευημερίας των ασθενών, μέσω της προσφοράς των απαιτούμενων υπηρεσιών. Ο σκοπός της παρούσης βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης είναι να διερευνηθεί και να συγκριθεί η εμβιομηχανική, η κινηματική και η κινητική ακρωτηριασμένων αθλητών στίβου συγκριτικά με τους αρτιμελείς αθλητές. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε η ελληνική και διεθνής επιστημονική βιβλιογραφία κυρίως της τελευταίας δεκαετίας και συλλέχθηκαν στοιχεία αναφορών από ελληνικούς και διεθνείς οργανισμούς υψηλής πιστοποίησης (IPC, ISPO, WHO, AOPA, Amputation Foundation). | el |
| heal.abstract | In the last fifteen years the issue of prosthetic members in amputee has been heavily employed by health professionals. Prosthetics is a field of science, in biomechanics, which includes research and analysis of the human system (muscles, skeletons, and nervous systems), with the aim of contributing to the biomedical field. The physiotherapist is an integral part of the clinical team (doctors, physiotherapists, physiotherapists, nurses) and deals with the measurement and adjustment of an artificial limb. The physiotherapist plays have a key role in the proper rehabilitation of the amputee while learning the gait and functionality of the amputee. Success in rehabilitation is considered to ensure the social well-being of patients by providing the services required. The purpose of this literature review is to investigate and compare the biomechanical, kinematic and kinetics of amputee athletes compared to non-amputee athletes.
