The role of our country's hospitals is lifting all the weight in restoring and promoting the health of citizens and in intercepting possible health crises as we saw in 2020. Health is the most precious commodity, it doesn’t matter whether it is the health of patients or health workers. Health professionals work in a stressful working environment with many consequences, whether physical or mental. The importance of this work lies in highlighting the importance of the physical or mental health of all health workers in the face of the difficult working environment. The purpose of this survey is to exploit Antonovsky's sense of coherence questionnaire as well as the job satisfaction questionnaire (jss) to reflect the level of resilience of health workers in the face of work stress and work satisfaction. The population of the study consisted of 169 health workers from different hospitals and different jobs as the questionnaire was completed electronically through the Google Drive platform and all measures of personal protection of employees were complied with. Antonovsky's SOC-29 questionnaire and questions from the jss questionnaire available via the Internet were used to collect the data. To process the data was used the software package SPSS version 20.0. The survey sample consists of 126 women (74.6%) and 43 men (25.4%). Despite the limitations of the study, it has emerged that health workers have moderate job satisfaction, demographic, social and labour factors seem to play no role for individuals and their Sense of Coherence. Further study is needed to consider that Antonovsky's sense of consistency can in future be applied as a quality indicator in hospitals
