The mission of the school is to provide knowledge and socialize students. Spe-cifically in Vocational High School (EPA.L.) the educators day after day work hard to give their students all the equipments that will help them to have high standards of living, professionally and socially. In this area, more and more often, in the last years, unconventional and unac-cepted behaviours appear characterized by students' intense reactions such as aggres-siveness, violence, delinquency, elements that consist an enormous challenge for the educators. The purpose of the current research is to search all the actions and the ways with which the educators manage to deal with the students facing Behavioural Disor-ders in the school life of Vocational High School (EPA.L.) Important parameters that have to be researched are the existence of appropriate knowledge and skills for the correct reaction, the emotions and the difficulties, when we have a student with B.D. in the classroom, a situation which must be dealt by the educators and the cooperation of the educators with the students and the specialized scientists. The research was held with the application of the quality method. Means of the collections of the information were the interviews of the educators. The educators talking through their experiences express their emotions, actions and opinions with confidence and immediacy. Throughout this research the lack of knowledge by the educators of Vocation-al High School (EPA.L.), for the dealing of cases of behavioural disorder is obvious. We can also perceive the extreme need of the application of educational programs and the difficulties of cooperation of the educators with the parents and the specialized scientists. The educators can play a decisive role in the change of behaviour of their stu-dents through the application of good practise, their care and love.
