Ιn a country like Greece, which is characterized as seismogenic, it is absolutely necessary that multi-storey buildings built from time to time have a strong anti-seismic design made in accordance with all regulations set by Eurocode 8 and Eurocode 2, respectively, so that they are as close as possible. more durable and strongly constructed against seismic action that may be caused. Therefore, for this reason, a seismic hazard of a high-rise building (consisting of 15th floors) made entirely of reinforced concrete will be investigated. This building will be dimensioned with the regulations formulated by Eurocode 8 and Eurocode 2 and, of course, utilizing the knowledge and applications of the SAP2000 program. While in the second stage we will present research and studies on the cost comparison in reinforced concrete buildings designed in different seismic cases in foreign countries such as or the case of India. In closing, we will analyze how technology affects the construction sector, citing the results and conclusions from this research.
