The aim of this bibliography is to highlight the importance of physiotherapist's role in rehabilitating patients who have some form of cardiovascular disease and have been discharged from the hospital where they were. Initially, an attempt is made to present the complexity of cardiovascular diseases, as these include a large number of different diseases. At the same time, there is a different gravity that has parameters such as age, gender and case of the disease, since the patient's history is what determines the planning of the exercises the physiotherapist should design. The following chapter describes in detail the tools and exercises through which the physiotherapist can choose to adapt to the patient's needs. Taking into account a patient's condition, a patient's history, and the course of recovery. The work is completed with the presentation of rehabilitation and rehabilitation exercises in two important but quite different cases of patients, which are a case of a coronary heart disease patient and a stroke patient

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα βιβλιογραφική εργασία έχει ως στόχο, να αναδείξει την σημασία που έχει ο ρόλος του φυσιοθεραπευτή στην αποκατάσταση των ασθενών, οι οποίοι πάσχουν από κάποια μορφή καρδιαγγειοπάθειας και έχουν λάβει εξιτήριο από την μονάδα νοσηλείας στην οποία βρίσκονταν. Αρχικά γίνεται μια προσπάθεια να παρουσιαστεί η πολυπλοκότητα των καρδιαγγειακών νόσων, δεδομένου, ότι σ’ αυτές συμπεριλαμβάνεται ένας μεγάλος αριθμός διαφορετικών ασθενειών. Παράλληλα, εντοπίζεται η διαφορετική βαρύτητα που έχουν παράμετροι όπως η ηλικία, το φύλο και η περίπτωση της εκάστοτε νόσου, δεδομένου ότι το ιστορικό του ασθενούς είναι αυτό που καθορίζει και το προγραμματισμό των ασκήσεων που θα πρέπει να σχεδιάσει ο φυσιοθεραπευτής.
Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο περιγράφονται αναλυτικά τα εργαλεία και οι ασκήσεις, μέσα από τα οποία ο φυσιοθεραπευτής μπορεί να επιλέξει, ώστε να προσαρμοστεί στις ανάγκες του ασθενή του. Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη περίπτωση πάθησης, ιστορικό ασθενούς, καθώς και την πορεία της αποθεραπείας. Η εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με την παρουσίαση ασκήσεων αποθεραπείας και αποκατάστασης σε δύο σημαντικές αλλά αρκετά διαφορετικές περιπτώσεις ασθενών, οι οποίες είναι περίπτωση ασθενούς που πάσχει από στεφανιαία νόσο και ασθενή που έχει υποστεί εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο.
