Βιολογία, αντιμετώπιση, ανθεκτικότητα του Panonychus Ulmi και η σχέση του με παθογόνους μύκητες (Master thesis)

P.ulmi is an important enemy for modern agriculture. A large proportion of the world market for pesticides is moving around combating it in most crops. It is a particularly serious enemy of some deciduous trees such as apple, peach, pear, quince and plum. It can also affect other plants, such as cherry, almond, rose, strawberry and vine. The resistance of P.ulmi to plant protection products it is well known and is one of those pests that due to their short life cycle and high fertility, they require frequent applications that quickly lead to the development of resistance. Genetic, reproductive, behavioral / ecological and agronomic factors related to mite control influence the rate of development of resistance and are important for the resistance management. An important factor in dealing with resistance is the timely diagnosis of an incident in an area and the exchange of information for risk assessment and response measures. The purpose of the present study was to study the resistance of P. ulmi to various commercial plant protection products from the local market and the effect of their use on the survival of individuals after applying them to the application solution with method of dipping. The formulations used were Nealta 20SC (cyflumetofen), Envidor 240 SC (Spirodiclofen), Abamectin 1.8 EC (abamectin), NATURALIS SC (Beauveria bassiana), Masai 20 WP (Tebufenpyrad), Rhamnolipid. The study areas were four and the leaves were harvested from apple trees. The areas were Agios Athanasios Pellas, Nesseloudi Imathia, Agia Larissa, Koryfi Imathia. The results showed that Nealta 20 SC has developed resistance in all areas while the best results assessed to Abamectin 1.8 EC in Massai 20 WP while NATURALIS SC had the best results in Agia area.
